This car has been through a few phases since it rolled off the dealer lot in 2005. It’s most recent change took place over the course of two and a half years, a time when another business kept me away from the car, and new ideas kept sprouting up as the project progressed. It began to simply attempt a shaved engine bay, however quickly spiraled out of control to set the bar for this type of modification. When a new idea arose, it was pursued as if it had been done before. If an existing idea fit the bill, it was modified and taken steps further. Once finished, the car hit the 2010 show circuit, racking up 14,000 miles in show cruises, including trips to Las Vegas, Minneapolis, Northern Georgia, Toronto, and Ocean City. The universal response and mass attention the car received was undoubtedly the flame front for what is now Savko Custom Performance.
