For a local friend of mine, it was time for an aftermarket catch can setup to remedy the oily issues associated with the factory system. After a pressure test we even found the OEM valve was failing and causing problems for him. The 42 Draft Design’s Stealth Can Kit fit the bill for his needs however he didn’t like how the new PCV hoses came out and over-top the intake manifold. To give a bit of a cleaner look, the CNC’d bracket that bolts to the valve cover went through some modification. One of the bungs was cut back flush, and two -12 AN bungs were welded in, allowing push-on hose fittings to be threaded on. Now, the PCV hose is pushed toward the driver side of the bay and are then tucked away prior to slipping onto the catch can ports.
